Robert Rojas Zambrano / General Manager

Objective and expectations of constant growth with clear results have always accompanied him in his professional career in the hotel industry, where in an outstanding way contributed to the achievement of goals presented in hotels as Hilton Hotel & Resort in South Carolina, USA, Allegro Hotels & Resort in his homeland Venezuela, Qualton Hotel & Resorts and more recently Corporación de Hoteles Buenaventura in Puerto Vallarta.

In June of 2006 he joins the team at Plaza Pelicanos Grand Beach Resort as General Manager to continue his fruitful hotel career, where up to date without doubt, he has developed an extraordinary work in an internal way as well as in the consolidation and growth of the property in the destination.

Roberto Celis Negrete / Operations Manager

Ethical and professional principles have always shown along his path by the Hotels Holiday Inn in Guadalajara, Hermosillo and Puerto Vallarta where he initiates his gastronomic career. In equal form Grupo Posada in Caborca is a fundamental part of his growth and professional consolidation in the hotel industry. 

He joins the company in 1990 at Hotel Guadalajara Plaza as Food & Beverage Manager and later, due to his excellent performance is promoted to Plaza Pelicanos Grand Beach Resort where at present develops his professional functions with quality. 

Elsa Patricia Chavez Chavez / Sales Manager

She shows charisma and vocation for the client and sales in her everyday work, formation that initiates in the Hotel Fiesta Americana Puerto Vallarta and later consolidated in her participation in the Grupo Maeva, Qualton Club & Spa Puerto Vallarta and Paradise Village Beach Resort & Spa Puerto Vallarta.

In July of 2003 she joins Plaza Pelicanos Grand Beach Resort contributing with her professionalism to the strengthening of the sales area and the positioning of the hotel in the preference of the clients. 

Jose Martín Miranda Nuñez / Comptroller

A professional and excellent accounting career and knowledge supports him. His active participation in hotels as Lafayette, Sheraton, Hotel Carlton and Club de Vacaciones Moranda as sub comptroller has given him experience and without doubt, has formed him with high quality and good ethics.

Since 1999 he has been working for Guadalajara Plaza Hotels as general bookkeeper, arduously developing an excellent work for which he is promoted in July of 2007 to general comptroller at the Plaza Pelicanos Grand Beach Resort in Puerto Vallarta.

José María Sánchez González / Human Resources Manager

Inside his vocational career he has developed activities in the Grupo Mayan where he developed activities as training leader, coordinator of recruitment and personnel selection, personnel manager and human resources manager, important areas of formation and professional consolidation.

In November of 2006 he joined The Plaza Pelicanos Grand Beach Resort as   human resources manager, activity that to date he develops with professionalism. 

Felix Briseño Sendis / Room Division Manager

He has developed a suffice and fruitful career in his professional path, where hotels such as Playa Los Arcos, Holiday Inn and Occidental Allegro in Puerto Vallarta have formed him ethically and professionally, values that make him competitive in his area. 

In March of 2007 he joins the executive team of Plaza Pelicans Grand Beach Resort with goals and very clear objectives to which he has directed his efforts. 

Daniel Gómez García / Maintenance Manager

Extensive career inside the hospitality business have made him a professional in the prevention and maintenance area, developing activities in hotels such as  Camino Real and Calinda in Cancun, Hotel Las Hadas in Manzanillo, Hotel Buenaventura and Qualton in Puerto Vallarta.  Internationally he developed maintenance functions in the Hotel El Viejo y El Mar, Mayanabo and Tuxpan in Cuba as well as Qualton Club in Ixtapa and Acapulco. 

In November of 2006 he joins the Plaza Pelicanos Grand Beach Resort where at present he develops his activities.
